Logging in on mobile and desktop
On Android
Open the panen app and enter your username (or email) and password. Tap "Sign in". If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter the code sent to your registered mobile number. You stay logged in until you manually sign out.
On iOS and desktop
Visit panen.app in Safari or your desktop browser. Enter your credentials and tap "Sign in". Our PWA remembers your login across sessions if you enable "Remember me". You can also add panen to your home screen for faster access.
Security note: Always log out on shared or public devices. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately and contact our support team.
Reset your password or recover your account
Forgot your password?
Tap "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your username or email. We send a reset link to your registered email address. Click the link, set a new password, and sign in. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
Can't access your email?
Contact our support team with your username and the mobile number linked to your account. We verify your identity and help you regain access. Have your ID (passport or national card) ready to speed up verification.
Account settings and payment methods
Update your profile
After login, go to Settings. Update your email, mobile number, or profile picture anytime. If you change your mobile number, we send a verification code to confirm the change. Your KYC (identity verification) data cannot be edited; contact support if corrections are needed.
Link a payment method
In your account, select "Payment Methods". Add DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, or a bank account (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI). For bank transfers, we generate a unique Virtual Account number. Each deposit is confirmed via email and SMS within minutes.
Track withdrawals
Request a withdrawal from your account dashboard anytime. Processing takes 1–3 business days depending on your bank and the payment method. Check the status of your withdrawal under "Transaction History". If a withdrawal is delayed, review the troubleshooting guide below.
Enable login alerts
In Settings, turn on "Login Alerts" to receive SMS or email notifications when someone accesses your account. This helps you spot unauthorized login attempts. You can also view active sessions and sign out from other devices remotely.
Troubleshooting login and withdrawal issues
Why can't I log in?
- Wrong username or password: Check your credentials carefully. Passwords are case-sensitive. Use "Forgot your password?" to reset.
- Account locked: After five failed login attempts, your account locks for subject to verification. Wait and try again.
- Account suspended: Your account may be under verification or flagged for review. Contact support for details.
- Browser cache issue: Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try logging in again.
Why is my withdrawal delayed?
- Pending verification: Your withdrawal is under review. KYC verification must be complete before funds are released.
- Bank processing time: Your bank takes 1–3 business days to credit funds to your account. Check your bank's transaction status.
- Incorrect account details: Verify your bank account or mobile wallet number in Settings. A mismatch can cause delays or rejection.
- Network or system issue: In rare cases, technical issues delay processing. Contact support if your withdrawal stalls beyond three days.

Our services on panen are available only in jurisdictions where online wagering is legally permitted. We do not operate in regions where such services are prohibited by law. Users are responsible for verifying that access to and use of panen comply with their jurisdiction's applicable regulations.
